Analog Lens and Mirrorless Camera
Oreston Görlitz 50mm F/1.8 with Fuji Xt3
Made in East Germany from approx 1960 to 1971 this lens is my all favourite for close ups. It was a bit neglected by me, waiting in my bag, till yesterday. On Face group someone asked me which are the analog lenses that I use with my Fuji. I remembered my all-fav Oreston. So today, though forecast said snow-blizzard in one word miserable 😩 , I walked with Oreston/Fuji combination and it was Spring warm and sunny. The window of opportunity lasted one hour.
My morning photos, no filter, no editing (maybe occasionally brightness correction), no fuss.
To photograph a cat that’s not something you would do with manual analog lens, right?
Especially if it is a cat that you don’t know, on the street, yes, you would think there’s no chance to get anything? 😝
This lens may not be for taking landscape shots (vignetting, softness at the edges) still like this two shots show, it has a pleasing look.
