Morocco Marrakesh
Recently, we returned from our short trip to Marrakesh. It is hard to describe that place to someone who had never been. It’s different. It’s warm, red, noisy, smelly, overpowering with incense. It seems dirty, because of the Saharan sand, but they clean the streets often. Everyone is friendly, but intruding into your private space. Marketers are trying to sell everything to you, prices are from outrageously expensive to unbelievably cheap.
I appreciated our trip to Atlas mountains and raw nature there, even more as an escape from a bustling city. Hot Saharan wind stream collided with cold Atlantic air causing sudden gusts of wind, and unusual mist that twirled and danced and then disappeared as suddenly as it came. Wind continued with a shower or two, while we hiked through the Barber land. It was one of the highlights of our journey even with the bad weather.
For our trip I only carried Canon Z135, film point-and-shot and a mobile phone. This photos were all taken with film camera. Kodak Tmax100
